Thinking about taking anavar

I'm 25 yrs old, 5,8,185lbs. I have been working out for about a year on and off. After Christmas I am going on a strict diet no more junk food, fast food or any of that stuff. I don't want to get bulky but i want to be really ripped and cut. I have mpb so I cant take any strong steroids because im scared that it will just make all of my hair fall out. I have read about anavar but i want to know if there is and alternative and what would be the best cycle to get the results i want. My body fat percentage is like 20% so I know i will have to lose more weight before i start. Any feedback for a newb would be appreciated
 
Run test e for 12 weeks 500 mg weekly for 12 weeks split dose mon and thurs. Get your diet in check cuz the anavar hardens muscles to give you more a pronounced look but its not gonna do it magically w you stuffing mcdonalds and twinkies.

Or not. Instead of looking for a steroid to help, see if you can shape up naturally. If you are currently eating "fast food", etc. Then you should just eat and train right.

Don't add in natural hormones until everything else is good. And don't ever run just var.

Well I don't plan on doing anything untill I get my body fat down to 15 percent, will the test e make me aggresive and moody? And also will it have an affect on my libido because I want to make sure I can still have sex that's a big thing for me. I took a testosterone booster before and I would be pissed for no reason

I feel better when I'm on test than when I'm not. Happier, not depressed at all, horny as hell. It's post cycle therapy (pct) some people have trouble with. But seriously bro, one step at a time. Diet is step one. Training is step two. Get there, then consider gear. You will probably realize that you don't need it.
 
straighdrp let me tell you bro dont sweat it. Its a small dose and I know it prob sounds like a lot but its not. You'll be happy as long as you get yourself in some better shape first. And let me tell you my gf was all worried and scared about the magic sauce but after my first run and she saw how I laid the pipe she was quite happy lol Now its a new chick for my second run but I plan on giving her the same thrashing so be excited! And getting to 15% from 20% isnt going to take long at all thats prob around 10lbs ISH! Especially if youve been eating shit. But good luck buddy congrats on the new motivation and stay with it
 
Well here is the thing im not rushing into anything, just getting info. When i do eat right and train i seem to hit a plateau and my muscles don't get as hard as i would like them to be. Thats the reason i considered anavar because it hardens muscles or so i hear. But if i just took test e would if give me the muscle definition and muscle hardness that i am looking for?
 
Let me be the first to assure that gear is not magic sauce. Anyway, it's good that you aren't rushing. Research bro. Research, while you get your diet on point and you will learn a lot.

Btw, steroids are mass adding compounds. If you aren't looking to bulk, I don't understand the point. The only reason you should consider them for cutting is to maintain muscle mass when eating in a caloric deficit.
 
Yes, test E does that too, it just aromatizes so you need to control that or else it'll get hidden under waterweight.

First and foremost though, you have a lot of weight to lose naturally via a healthy diet and training. Now would be a good time to get yourself on a solid cardio plan too. Look into HIIT!

If I was in your shoes (and I have been), I would think about running steroids in about a year from now. You will get a LOTTTTTT more out of it if you can get yourself into amazing shape without them. The guys who use steroids to get into 'decent' shape just fluctuate between bad shape and decent shape as they go on and off cycle.

Look at 3J's signature. It says something like: 80% diet, 15% training, 5% steroids. He's pretty darn close to the mark right there.
 
Well I do want to gain muscle, lean muscle but not bodybuilder frame muscle, I want to still be flexible.

This is the kind of worry that someone who isn't a master of the gym yet would have.

You need to focus on your training and your diet. It probably wouldn't hurt to hire a strength coach and 3J from this forum for your diet.

You're going to have a shitty cycle if you don't have all this stuff locked down. Also, running anavar alone isn't a good idea. Anavar will drop your natural test production into the ground.
 
Btw essays what do you mean if you were in my shoes, why cant you still do it?

Because I don't have to. I'm very tuned in with my training. I keep myself in good shape year round, and when I'm about to cycle, I get myself into PEAK condition, then I push the limits with the gear.
 
seems gear is NOT for u bro... u need a diet overhaul... and your comment about not wanting "bodybuilder frame muscle" is VERY newbie... that DOES NOT happen overnight, takes years of blood, sweat, tears, numerous injuries etc to get to that level

train naturally for another 2-3 years (NOT on and off like u said u train) then consider doing a real cycle... we will be here to guide u along the way, but we won't guide u down the path u are considering at the moment
