This board is great!

Hi everyone,

I have only posted here a few times, but I have to say that this board is one of, if not the best, board I have seen when it comes to the amount of knowledgeable people. That being the case, I figured this would be a good place to ask a few questions so here goes.


1. What, in your opinions, are the VERY best weight training routines for cutting? I am on Doggcrapp right now since yesterday was my last day bulking.

2. What is the BEST non-ephedra fat burner out right now?

I have been training since I was 12 years old, naturally. I am 23 years old and still natural. I am a certified personal trainer althought I do not work as one anymore so my understanding of proper techniques and dieting is well within reason. However, I am always looking to others for improvement.
I currently have Glutamine Peptides,Cell Tech, Isopure, and Xendrine EFX in my supplement closet. What would you add or subtract from that for cutting? Obviously the cell tech.
I plan on just following basic guidelines for my diet such as 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Cutting out all starchy carbs by 3pm......last meal at 7 only protein and flax. Gallon of water daily.

Anyway, please critique and thanks in advance.

Well, I don't know that much about what to take, supp wise, on a cut, so I'll leave that to somebody who does.

My question is, how did doggcrapp work for you? I've been seriously looking into trying this program, but I want to know more people's results before I jump into it.
 
1. I wouldn't worry about the best weight training for fat burning, diet is the absolute key when it comes to fat burning. Cardio will help, if you want to go hardcore, look into hiit (high intensity interval training). Intervals are the best for fatburning.

2. I think right now the best stack I've heard of is the 'anarchy stack' for fatburning for legal supps. But you are going to have to go shopping, it's not just one supplement, however you can look at the AF store for lipogenix and neurogenix, combined make a great combo.

The anarchy stack is varying amounts of:
alcar 3-5g
ala/idebenone (ala typically 1gram, less for r-ala)
green tea (2-4g)
rhodiola (600mg-1g)
and sometimes cla/gla, but many feel these fats are just too expensive for the payoff to add

Having said that...I would focus on diet, cardio, and weight training. 10-12cals/lb for cutting sometimes going lower, but only for a day or so, will get you where you want to go quickly. Just make sure you don't scrimp on protein.
