This guy is insane, crazy genetics...

He's actually a pretty big fella. I bet if he cut down the body fat, he could get somewhere in the 50+ masters division.

Come on R U serious?? No lats, no chest, no V taper. There are guys in the Master division that win the overalls in CA at times. It's very competitive out here. This guy might be able to not embarrass himself in another states competitions but in Cali its a whole new level.

Reminds me of my first comp. A young kid went on in the light weights and he was like 4 foot nothing and all fat, sexiest sight ever. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but that is the only way to describe it

Well, let me put it this way; think about some of the top powerlifting competitors - they don't have a V taper or noticeable definition, yet are incredibly strong due to a great deal of muscle mass underneath all that body fat.

Body fat is what makes muscles look bigger (well, lack thereof) as there's more definition and separation. Would I step onto a stage at that body fat? HELL no. But I do think that guy is carrying some mass.

I weigh HALF what I used to, but look TWICE the size because of an enormous reduction in body fat percentage. The eyes are easily deceived, which is why competitors often go through so much in order to reduce fat/water as much as they do.

I give the dude props, he's obviously doing it for fun and doesn't care what others think. That takes a great deal of courage, especially in a sport where aesthetics are placed so highly above everything else. :wiggle:

clearly he s not small but I knew a lot of powerlifters HW. His forearms could hold onto 405 plus. He has NO ass and I ve never seen a 240 plus pwltr w o a set of glutes..I agree he s a big dude..real big but I m of the opinion..he s fkd up..watch him barely walk the line, miss the right drape etc.

I m o

My roomie was a 5 7 inch 242 who lived on pastas whole chickens and cakes and Joey was thick torsoed and had a linemans glutes....

he has the gut of a mr olympia

looks like archie bunker had one too many beers and was like - "dare me? watch this shit!"

truthfully tho - we don't now what kind of progress he's made.

people who know him personally might be amazed by what he's done.

he looks drunk to me hahahha, which if he's drunk and trolling a show in those drawers - give him the overall for having giant balls!

wether he's serious and come a long way or if he is clowning people - he's ok in my book either way

big balls will always be way cooler than muscles

Not stage worthy, but if he is close to 60 then he looks great. My grandparents were all fucked up by that age. Shit my dad just turned 51 and no offense to pops but he looks like shit imo.

I m 51 on Thursday...is he not interested in ....changing or....not to get personal but

He just doesn't give a fuck. Never was into training, smokes cigarettes, drinks plenty of beer, and possibly other drugs. Never had a gut until he tore his acl playing basketball 4 or 5 years ago. Now just fishes and works on his cars. I wish I could convince him to train, but not gonna happen man.

Sorry about how your pops went out. Hopefully mine makes it to 70 to see my daughter grow up, but I'm afraid for the old man if he keeps up the bullshit. Nice that your mother has health in check
