This is what i have!! What should i do??

I am 38yo, 5'10", 260lbs, about 12-15%. my heaviest was 276. been training 22 years,I bench close to 600 raw. Quite a few cycles in the past. mostly just one or two compounds. never done tren before. didnt have stuff for a post cycle therapy (pct). didnt have too many sides from gear. gear experimented with include: test en, test cyp, sust, sten, deca, win, dbol, low doses of hgh, etc. kinda just went with what i could get my hands on at the particular time.
what i have now is: Tren ace, test prop, sust, mast, d-bol, clomid, nolvadex, cytomel and a shit load of test en, test cyp, and deca. other stuff is attainable as well so i am not set on just this.
my goal is to gain muscle and loose fat. (650 raw breaking the record of Ted Arcidi would be nice. lol)
my questions are what would be a good cycle with what i have. what not to combine of what i have. what else i my need??? basically what do you think in your opinion. i have read alot over the years and have a good idea of what i am going to do, but a few things i am not sure of. particularly the cytomel to me is a little scarry. any help will be appreciated.
 
If your benching 600 pounds..I don t think I can offer you any help. Fuck.
What have you done in the past and what worked for you ?
 
my last cycle consisted of nothing but test cyp 400mg once a week. i had some deca i started with it but was convinced it was fake so i discontinued it after the first two weeks. didnt take a post cycle therapy (pct) and lost a little strength and got a cold. like i said earlier, i kind of just did what was available in the past so now that things are different and i can get just about anything, i really want to do it the right way. so i guess my real question would be: what is the absolute greatest aas stack? if that question can be answered being everyone reacts a little differently to any given substance. Dan Dushane once said that every good stack starts with 1000mgs of test per week. i didnt feel i had to do that much to get the results. i read and read and find out what they do and what they are good for but i am sometimes finding it hard to figure out what goes good with what.
 
just run a sust dbol imo... that'll kick your strength up..

i'd say run the tren, but your gonna deal with some possible ugly sides..

agreed, sust/dbol will certainly help with strength and muscle gain. as far as losing fat, that really falls on your diet and cardio. but sust/dbol/good diet will definitely get you where you want to go. i hear 3j has some good tips on diets :), hit him up.
 
jamy, i did some sust preloads one time. 1cc for six weeks and strength went through the roof.
i am dieting and eating clean but does anyone have any info on cytomel and how it effected them and the dangers. does it really do what i read and actually increase the efficiency of the aas as well as help in fat loss.
 
cytomel? why would you need that??

good diet and cardio willl bring you down to where u wanna be..

maybe some clen or eca is fine, but i try not to mess with my thyroids..
 
i was thinking cyto for that last bit of hard to get rid of ab fat. i get pretty lean with diet and cardio but it always seems to be some that just wont go away. i tried effedrine before but couldnt stand that feeling and i assume you get that same way with clen. some things i have read reccommend doing both clen and cyto together. i am getting older and it is just getting harder to lose the tire.
 
well, take the time to post up a diet.. lets make sure that's not the case...

test / deca / dbol is a tried and true cycle but based on your post i would go with test / tren / masteron. these are good for strength and typical quote unquote cutter compounds.
 
yea dawg, the test tren mast is kinda what i was leaning toward but i wasnt sure if i was going to add the cytomel in there as well for the added benefits i have read about it.
there was a guy from this area that was huge and ripped and always had mcdonalds and burgerking wrappers in his car and he went on to be a well known top ranked body builder. not that i want to cheat my diet like that but i would like a little help in the fat burning area. i have ALOT of miles on this body and things are slower than they used to be. not weaker just slower. lol
So "to cyto or not to cyto that is the question" is what hamlet would be askin if he was on.

no it isn't actually.. suppliments have their place...

if your losing weight and your diet is in complete check and you've stalled, then add some eca, you'll start losing weight again.. when thats worn off, use the clen...

it has to be progressive..
telling someone who hasn't put the work in to just start taking clen and eca is like telling a 6foot tall 140lb guy to do gear..

i'd say that's what doesn't make sense..
 
i tried eca... it was horrible.. made me feel like i needed to eat all the time cause i felt so bad. if clen is anything like that than i want no parts of it.
if you are refering to me as some one who has not put the work in than you didnt read my first post.
so can anyone tell me about cytomel .....from experience
 
eca makes you feel like u need to eat?? it's a appatite supressor..

as for the reference of not putting in the work.. your taking it out of context..

what i ment by that is that we might be able to adjust your diet and excersie routine to benefit weight loss.. have that work.. and THEN add the eca/clen/t3....

consider it double checking ;)
 
i didnt say it made me hungry i said it made me feel like i had to eat something to make me feel better from that uneasy feeling i got from it. like eating to take away a hangover.
 
I wish something would make me eat more..my employer frowns on weed..Clen makes me feel hot and jittery and I m scared of thyroid stuff...I still say a. m. aerobics and a good diet are the number one way,to lower bodyfat..
5 10--260..600 pound bench..powerlifter I assume ,or ???
You got a target in sight, weight or bodyfat ?? Maybe a pants size or something ? Or just tighten up overall and bench 651 raw .
I m sorry..what does RAW mean...pause bench ?Bench naked ? No bench shirt ?
