So I'm on vacation and I walk into the gym and I see this young kid deadlifting 315lb for reps like it was a toy..His dad, and some other lifters were training him, every one of these guys had legs like tree trunks..anyways this just goes to show how much work I have to do and I'm sure most of you on here do as well..how's it feel to get outlifted by a 150lb 14 y/o?? I know I'll be spending the next few weeks bringing up my squats and deads that's for sure!

It feels...bad I guess. Well I'm a girl and my max squat 115kgs = 253lbs. I don't bench press like the kid and my highest deadlift was 220...and I'm just 21. And I've never used AAS. I'll post some videos soon

It's nice to see kids involved in a sport such as powerlifting at a young age. They're supposed to outlift everyone at some point.

my son could pull 500 before his 15th birthday.

edit i forgot to mention he is built to deadlift lol , long arms really help with his pulling but it kills his bench.

I agree with everyone. Nice sqaut for his age

the deads on the other hand... At the age of 15 going into HS I was repping 495 for 5-7. This was before I knew dick about lifting and the only plates I thought existed were 45s... Then again I was also about 150 lbs heavier than this kid. Yea ive been a fat little porker my whole life...

Impressive nonetheless

OldDawg, Your boy still lifting?

My now 20 yr old sons raw numbers at age 13 and 145lbs.

Bench 205
Deadlift 315
Squat 335

I don't mean to be rude to the OP but damn if a grown man cant deadlift 315 he should up the training tremendously or quit.

My wife is 42 5'5" @ 153 lbs and she can pull 315x3 with no problem. If she had bigger hands she could do more because grip is her only problem.I've taught her well.

thats bullshit man. Not all men can lift that weight, and thats just fine. We all have different goals and genetics.

I have been lifting for 6 years and have seen ZERO women pull that amount. EVER.

I dont go over 405 for squats or deads, never had the need to.

Although, if my woman was DLing 315 for any, i would have that shit on youtube, linked in my sig.

just sayin.

I have to agree with Kristo on this one.

LMAO at you kid.
I guess you don't lift with strong people then.I will agree with you on the different goals for different folks. Some want to look ripped and other want to get strong.I'm a combination of both.I'm over 250 with 13% BF.I know you wouldn't believe me if I told you my numbers so why bother.I'm almost 43 and just hit a personal record on my deadlift this week.I've done 405 x 15 on deads more then once while training. And it wasn't hard.

I'm a pro powerlifter and personally know 3 women that can pull and squat more then you can.The biggest one is a 198 class lifter.Search Laura Phelps for example.
She has benched 500+ in a shirt numerous times. Her squat is 700+.

Oh BTW there are videos of the three lifters in my family plastered all over Youtube.

Due to obvious reasons I choose to avoid posting links on a site where we publicly discuss committing a felony. You can if you want too but I have a career and enjoy my freedom.

Ask DaDawg if you don't believe me about what both men and women are capable of with dedicated training and years of effort.I'm new here and he seems to be the resident powerlifter.

Please go to Youtube before you post back.

I believe you, I'm just saying what I would do. My last gf was weak. lol

NO link for the lazy?

I'm not searching youtube. :wiggle:

Great numbers man. Thats alot of hard work and dedication.

Im sure ALOT of women can outlift me, lol.

I wish I could DL or Squat 700 pounds, 500 would be really nice. At 190ish my current goals are not power lifting, nor will they ever be.

Congrats to those that can move heavy weight.

I'm 38 y/o btw.

I wouldn't say a lot of women could outlift you.The top shelf can outlift quite a few men but any reasonably strong man can out do the more normal ladies. They should though a womans body is designed for child bearing and nurturing not heavy lifting.

I hope to hit a 700 lb dead in the next 2 years.Progress has slowed tremendously as I get stronger the gains get much harder.

My wife has the huge benefit of having a powerlifter husband to train her. Most women dont have that luxury nor do they care to get strong. My wife will do her first raw meet in July and realistic #'s for her.She will be a 165 class Master lifter

Bench 150-160

Dead 325-340

Squat 320-340

She thought she would look manly when she started but still looks very fem.The only supplement she use's is 2 IU's of growth 7 days a week for the last 10 months.

I was shocked the first time she tried to deadlift and stroked 250.She is just a strong hillbilly girl.
