"IIFYM is an intelligence test for the fitness community."
IIFYM is a ripoff of Flexible Dieting.
Same thing, different name.
Not to but in on the nutrition talk as I personally bloat up like the Michelin Man just looking at McD's menu, but is it me or do these young "aesthetic" guys seem overtly gay as a three dollar bill nowadays or what? I watched a few minutes of the video and was just thinking, "He's not really that big and posting a video because he's lean.... Big fat hairy deal."
Ramy exploded in 3 years. Insane.

"... the pizza can have broccoli, peppers, onions etc and have more micros now than a simple piece of chicken breast. You can continue to cherry pick "case studies" all you want, correlation does not prove causation and have yet to show the source of the food is what caused this miraculous change. Did your example set up a control group? Does it compare isocalroic diets or at least eucaloric diets? Did you track macros and micros before and now? If you haven done any of these than you have no basis for your argument and are making grandiose assumptions.
To move away from the ridiculous examples youre using, Why don't you break down the physics and chemistry of the human body for us and explain how the body will metabolize 1 g carbohydrate of a pizza crust any differently than 1g of carbs from oats when all other factors are equal? Don't go back to your red herring fallacies of "what's included in the pizza etc etc etc" bc those factors are all the same. Now where's the difference in the biological processes? Is your body magic that it knows McDonald's is a dirty food but oats are clean? Show me a study that backs up what you're saying in the least that doesn't make any assumption errors?
After all this, all you've provided is a cherry picked example of "a kid", non-pertinent examples of diets, strawmen arguments, etc and there is an astonishing lack of objectivity in here. You came in with your mind made up, not open to hearing the other side which right off the bat makes you an illogical debater.
what you described as a 'pizza' is not the normally thought of 'pizza', when these goons say ' pizza' they are not being specific, 99% of the populous will think immediately of a traditional pizza or their favourite pizza, nor are they being specific about anything else, they are not breaking down the how's an why's they are just saying, "I eat pizza and burgers, drink and party. "
All I get from your argument is you know next to nothing about the actual science of the body, but throw your lot behind this myopic view of YOUR dieting tenants, then proceed to try and throw belligerent attacks at anyone who does not see it YOUR way. . So far All I've said is " eat healthy" , that's it. You read what you will into it, I have no desire to argue with yet another 'nutritional expert' pontificating their agenda for all of us poor slobs to bow down to.
Just making you aware that you're too emotional and lack the logic to be taken seriously
I wouldnt lump all those with kinesiology/nutrition backgrounds into the same category bud. I was a trainer for 7 years and my number 1 client was always myself ... Constantly learning as i went and trying new ideas
