I've asked a couple times for you to explain (in your own words) ketosis, can you do this? or are you going to tell me to read a book, and post some abstracts? glutamine being converted to glucose is only one possible scenario, however it is still not the first choice for the body.

Why would I sit here and explain to you ketosis?? We're discussing the efficacy of glutamine, if you want to learn about ketosis, you can do that on your own..... maybe you can explain to me in detail thermodynamics or something??
I tend to evade newbie questions. Unless you have something relavent to add to the topic, maybe you should leave the thread. The burdon of proof still lies on you to prove the efficacy of glutaminbe, other than "it works for me!" May I suggest starting here... www.pubmed.com Goodluck.
