My stats: 180 cm @ 87 kg
Any tips how to put up a schedule, i've previously trained 2 days and rested 1 day. How to make the most of it? Few reps? Please flame me with tips!
I'm looking for tips from you US-bodybuilders, since you know what it takes to grow (I haven't seen ANYONE from Sweden in Mr O).
