Timing AI and HCG with your TRT

I haven't read wit much confidence regarding how to time taking your AI or HCG in relation to one's TRT.

If I am taking 150mg of test e every 4 days or 125mg every 3 days when would one time their HCG in order to help maintain a good balance and when to take a letro dose of 0.6mg to to keep down estro when it is expected to spike after your test and hcg shots.

It would b great if someone could chime in if they have any knowledge on this.

I take my HCG shot of 250iu every 3-4 days along with my test shot
Why don't you take 250mg every 3-4 days of the test? 150 is such a low dose
I would take Armidex instead of letro
 
I had thought that I read somewhere that if I took the HCG on a non-test e day then I could help keep a more steady balance? For example if 2 days after my test shot I take my 200iu of HCG and this helps balance it out.
If I prefer to take 0.6mg of letro every 4 days, is is better to take it the day after test shot or...?(I can't get arimadex so far while Im travelling South America.Though I may be able to get aromasin but so far the hospital pharmacies are all out...)
But I keep reading different views.....
The latest I read was taking the hcg the day before test and then again on the same day as test shot.
Any more ideas?
 
from what ive read about hcg, the timing does not matter. it is not like natural lh where levels spike and drop frequently. by the time the first dose is about to wear off, you inject again. that's why the 2x/wk dosing schedule is used. creates a steady release.

as far as the ai, i dose mine 36 hours after my shot when levels peak. I figured it would be best to take when aromatization is at its highest. no real science to back this up but it was suggested by IMT.

What peaks 36 hours after HCG shot ?
The Test or Estradiol ?

I use to dose HCG 3 times a week. Insane libido and it felt as good as TRT...but the HCG mono feels like it stimulates excitatory pathways unlike Test mono.
I went to E3D and it feels alot more smoother of a ride.
I did get my natty Test to 550 ng/dl on 4 weeks of HCG. ..
I wasn't running 1000's of I.u s a week either.
Just took 500 I.u. Mon, Wed, Fri.
 
i do 100mg twice a week mon and thurs.. hcg the day before each shot 250iu.. adex the day after each shot..

that's worked perfectly for me since day one..

I for one dont know how these guys run 1k I.u. E3D for HCG when restarting. Whenever I take 500 I.u. per dose.
I find it more than stimulating.....
And from what I've seen judging by their labs....
Most got to the 500 ng/dl range anyway with those high doses.
Austinite was right. Your body needs no more than 1 k to 1500 I.u. per week of HCG.
the rest is over kill.
