tips for buying a bench shirt

inked1

huh?
I'm looking to buy a shirt over the next few months, but have got no idea where to begin.
denim? 2 ply? sizes?

can they me adjusted/ tailored to your body or are they all standard sizes.

I'm in Australia so my options are probably less than you seppos

first tell me what seppos me then ill answer your question -LOL

pick your shirt based on whatfed you plan to compete in-if its a single ply fed only it will do you no good to practice with 2 ply's

all companies are sized differently..you cant just order say an XL in Inzer or Metal..and yes its always easier to make them smaller but not bigger

checkout www.elitefts.com they sell metal products the Viking Pro is a bitch to touch in but the regualr pro bencher may be an option-its a closed back but most people cu the back open if allowed

inzer DD's or even the Inzer rage are good shirts

titan (talk to jcp)

karins DD-custom fitted denim shirts- PB uses this one

good advice all the way around .
the federations rules make the decision for you when it comes to the type of shirt . if denim is allowed and thats what you choose i definately reccomend karens , if you choose or are limited to poly then try a titan fury or f-6 , they are cheap enough to own a couple so when your weight goes up or down you will still have a shirt to fit .
ps these are just my oppinions and you know what they say about those :insane2:

LMAO seppos=septic tanks = yanks. It's ozzy slang for Americans!

I'll have to check out what the federation allows. I'll be competing with the OPO, which is ultimately under the WPC.

thanks for your tips
