thanks pb. i was curious about that shaking bit on the 550 lift. never had it happen before so i started thinking it was my form. so it is probably more my body struggling than anything form related?
You got it! That's the lesson here! Forgot the shoes, used the straps...and...still got the 550!@ around 178. Use the right shoes (flat) no belt...Get the lift. Tman got it anyway at around 178 because he is a bad ass mofo milk boy!
