Alight I have been debating whether to post this or not so here it is:

I really got down to it in Feb of this year so here is my progression over 10 months.

Haha, thanks Zeek, I only started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) 12 weeks ago .5 cc or 50mg once a week (my Test levels have been around 393). rest has all been diet, and exercise. aside from vitamins, prework outs drinks and some fat burners
My goals is to get down to 12% BF I am currently happy with my weight but I wouldn't mind putting on another 10 to 15lbs of lean muscle mass

If you have only touched 50mg per week you have basically done all this natural, good job

Why are you taking only 50mg per week of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? is this through a doctor? If you are going through a medical professional that has you on that type of dosage ditch them and sign up with Chip! Your body makes more than 50mg per test weekly, what I mean by that is a normal male body does. If you were on the low end of production yours may have been making less

.5cc sounds more like you are on at least 100mg per week, what is your test dosed at? what kind of test is it? test E or C?

Once you get dialed in you will easily gain that 15 lbs of muscle and drop some more bodyfat at the same time.

Sorry math error, test cyp 200mg/ml your right 100mg/week(Started in sept right after the sept photo). And yep Im going through a doctor, just had my 2nd set of blood test done last week, waiting for them to come back follow up appointment on Monday. I was debating on ditching him, Ill see what he says next week.

ok that is better Tnemo. That is pretty much the low end of a replacement dosage of trt. You will be getting results soon so that is good. Don't settle for normal with your goals, you want higher end of normal levels. You will feel better and it will be easier to put on the Lean muscle you are looking for.

You have done a decent job so far. Stay dedicated and by summer time 2012 you should be at and beyond your goals.

Post them up once you get them. I'm curious to see where 100mg per week has taken your levels. I'm going to break out my crystal ball and make a little prediction :eek:

You have all the motivation in the world to get right living in Houston Bro. I lived in Sugar land for about a year and there were so many drop dead gorgeous women there.

Haha Zeek, Ive only been in Houston for a year moved here from Canada, still don't know anybody here and don't get out much, so when i'm not working I'm in the gym.

Whenever I see a good looking guy come out as gay I figure my chances just improved a hair at getting a fine lady, less competition :p

Blood Test Are in

My testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) has been a 100mg a week for the last 12 weeks of test Cyp. The Doc upped it to 100mg twice a week.:argue:

Test serum 564ng/dl
Free test 14.5pg/ml
dihydrotestosterone 34ng/dl
T4 1.33ng/dl
DHEA 229.2 ug/dl
TSH 0.756 uIU/ml
Estradiol 22.7pg/ml

Anyways haven't been out of the gym since July so I'm taking a week off
and going to spend some time on a beach in Mexico. and not worry about any diet or exercise for an entire week!
When I get back I'll hit it hard again and have already signed up with 3J, talk to you all soon
 
Personal best yesterday on legs, I only do 60 sec between sets and reps, 5 min after leg press before deep squats
Leg extension 4 x 10 @210lbs
Hamstring curl 4 x 10 @ 210lbs
Leg Press 3 x 10 @ 450lbs with Calf presses in between sets 20 x 3
Deep squat 3 x 8 @ 225lbs
I can still walk after that, But I'm not walking well...

Update: Signed up with 3J start new diet and exercise routine on Monday Dec 26, 2011.
Will keep a detailed log here and post results...dam I'm excited!!

3J experience so far has been awesome, the guy never sleeps and answers emails all the time usually within minutes. With Christmas being financially tight was more than willing to work out a financial plan that worked for both of us.

Only Con: making me do Cardio first thing in the morning....Blah I'm not a morning guy, but hey I want to get below 12% BF so I'm gonna give it my all.
