Good job bro....is that your girl in your avatar? Very nice shot :bigok:

in 98 I weighed 300 thanks to all you can eat wings and nickel beer nite twice a week. lost almost 70lbs in three months on ECA, cardio, and stuck to a workout routine. It also helped that I moved away from the town with the wing specials.

Looking strong Dlove!

I was a fat kid and still get fat easily via carbs.

Eating a comfortable diet, cardio and weigths is what has helped me to loose the fat.

i was fat.. abt 8 yrs ago

diet.water.cardio.coffee.(bourbon,shh).

haha but i lost most of it lightning fast. just takes consistency.

LMFAO.. OMG, my brutha from a different mutha! Been there bro. ;) I wouldnt consider myself a former fatboy since I'm athlete and have always been in/out sports my whole life but ya, there was a time years back when I was taking some time off competing and got tied up into the beer and wings routine.. just like slojack. Then lost it all with a good steady routine diet and training. I'd throw ECA in every now and then but the diet was key.

Hey Guys can you help me out on this I am helping my friend who is 5'9 295 he has been in the gym for about 2 month on his own now but I am taking him over to train him. Can one of you send me over your routines so I can get him on a good starting point. thanks
