To Bulk Or Cut

Okay I know given everything and the time of year that it is, everyone is cutting.......I started out cutting the beginning of january, came across a whole lot of problems making my life unstable in february, dropped a little too mcuh weight, and now have been eating like crazy to gain it back over the past 2-3 weeks, now I'm also thinking what should I do now? I'm still young...only 18, but not quite sure whether I should cut up or bulk up....I mean I could careless what people think of me and all that's got nothign to do with it. Give me some help bro's....or should I just go with the classic your still 18, you got some great time left growing just eat and grow as much as possible? None of this is cycle related so i'm sure it's gonna get moved to the diet section but I'd appreciate your advice.
 
I would bulk naturally if I were you. What are your stats? Post a picture of yourself so we know how to help you bro.
 
well to be honest i don't have any goods pics as of yet. Right now I'm at about 225 and 12% BF. I've been training over 3 years for the most part serious the whole time. My goals? To be big heh I don't want to cut down and be below 200. I feel too small at under 200 lbs when I was cutting down I got to 205 and was looking the best I have. Although at the same time I'd rather have the pure size, and I do want to compete one day I figure around the time I am 22 or so. My stats I guess are as follows:

Height: 5'9
Weight: 225
BF: 12%
Lifting: 3 Years
Cycles (Don't wanna hear it either):
Some Test and Fina Under my Belt, Currently On Only Test, Came off Fina about a month ago. was on for about 7 or 8 weeks of fina. Been on test for a while now....I know I will probably get alot of crap but I guess I've been on for a total of about 14 weeks as of now for test.....And I have my reasons for this. so no lectures.

On A good overall diet. As of today for example I'll take in about 350 grams of protein, not sure of the carbs or fat though. When Cutting I took in about 1800 calories a day or so I guess. But 300 grams of protein.

Also I have been hanging around the boards, elite, freakz, etc. since I was 14. Waited 3 years for first cycle.
