I have written two emails concerning this matter, so perhaps something written in an open forum will get a better response. I have greatly enjoyed your products over the last six months. But I had a major issue with one bottle of liq. clen.

It seems that some type of plant like mold spore had/has grown in the bottle. Now I still have the bottle, full of course. But I was wonder if I could receive some form of refund/ replacement for this item. Like I said all of your other products have been nothing but the best...And I tried to email on this matter, please find a way to get back to me.

i have heard of this happening in their clen, and i heard they are taking care of this too. An admin at anasci said to add some BA to help clear it up, but i dont know if thats accurate or not
 
High, also PM the member named "bayoumike" a link to this thread. He is the owner of LR and usually helps out with these types of matters on the boards.
 
it has to do with the solvent used (glycerine) adding alcohol will take care of it. if you want a new bottle, im sure LR will send you a new one

I have tried pming him many times his user box is always full. And the mold spore is a decent enough size that I would rather not just use something to get rid of it.

Either way I am a long time vet with some good friends on this site who are mods, I appoligize that this had to be aired in an open forum cause LR is a great company.
 
Yep mike will take care of you but email isn't always the best way to reach him :) Pming bayoumike and emailing is best. He is a busy guy.
 
He replaced most people's items with that problem awhile ago, so I'm sure he wouldn't have any problems fixing you up.

he will come through..he just gets a bit overwhelmed with orders..especially at his prices...i have found it better to email him through here at times...but, he will come through...
