tbone ,

you have 4k plus post, obviously knowledgeable and contribute greatly to the site..

just looked up a thread on a dbol only cycle from some 20 yr old kid..

you guys that steadily contribute on here field a lot of bullshit, HW called it - and i definitely get it

props on having way more patience than i will ever have. no hard feelings here..

sorry i was a dick

I'm sketchy about sourcing info from the web elsewhere, even older post on here where i don't recognize the people commenting.

i really do appreciate input from you guys , i put my trust in the people here.. for a reason

and T..

thank you for the good word sir. truly

yea fuck the ufc.. i fought mma under pride rules. god i miss pride

I'm right behind you on the birthdays, growing older.. not for the feint of heart.

i hope to make some gains so mAYbe i can be where you're at by 50.. i didn't look like that at 40, or 30. or ever

if you cut me open you wouldnt find anything but an old boxing glove.. switching over to lifting is positively changing my life, I'm not ready to sit still and wait on death. fuck i cant keep fighting, only thing worse than beating up some kid is getting beat up by some kid. would dumb at this age really..

but i can pick up heavy shit and eat everything in the house. keeps me going, one foot in front of the other. closing th book on something thats been you're whole god damn life can be pretty painful, but i found a way to be excited, to be a beginner again - I'm fucking motivated to learn and be a good student of this sport. slowly but surely ill have more to contribute here. ill keep coming here and asking questions til i do.. Well put Chuck....leaving a LIFE BE IT A HOBBY, A SPORT A JOB A LIFESTYLE, is hard to do and potentially devastating.

Few can but I salute your picking this....I m no guru; new designer stuff and all that but as a fighter you know how to train w discipline I mean, food is fuel....aas are no joke but not necessarily rocket science or health threatening when used to achieve a reasonable, attainable goals. Proper prep is key both with knowledge of aas but the other..food, rest, recovery; you know this though....

It s over for me; I mean be a REAL BIG GUY. Now I want to be that guy who FEELS GOOD about me. And helping u and others know what little I know is both a pleasure and a pain. BELIEVE ME. But I ll always s assist you and keep others in an appropriate posture...if ya ll allow that to be.

WHEN I M GOOD W THE GYM; WHEN I M GOOD W MY LOOK, vain as it is....things fall in place outside the gym.

PERIOD.
