right now i'm on 500mg test and 500mg EQ a week, and have been taking .5mg of liquidex a day since the start.... is that too much and will it hurt my gains?
Yeah Im with Needsize and Johnny B, start with .5 EOD and see how it goes.500mg test isnt a crazy dose and you may only end up using .25 EOD but its better to be safe than sorry.
will liquidex alone be enought to prevent gyno??? shouldnt he keep Nolvadex on hand just in case???? What happens if he is gyno prone and all of a sudden starts to get itchy nips or othere symptoms should he just add more liquidex or throw in some Nolvadex???????

Hard to say, liquidex will not stop the conversion to estrogen 100%. So if you have more estrogen floating around your body than normal, you have the chance of getting gyno, especially if you are prone. I would still have nolva on hand to help if you feel the itchy nips coming on. It is probably a good idea to always buy some nolva precycle, and if you don't use it, throw it in with your pct.
hey, i have everything man. i'm just taking l-dex for my anti-e throughout the cycle. i got clomid and nolvadex for post cycle therapy (pct). and if i have any more l-dex after i'll take it with post cycle therapy (pct) as well.
I personally noticed a reduction of gains when I used liquidex on my last cycle , so I stopped using it and all was well. I'll deal with the bloat next time , and if I need something to prevent gyno I'll use nolvadex or bromo.

What you noticed was probably less strenght, from less water, which made look smaller. I doubt that you actually gained less lean mass, at least less to any degree, i could be wrong though. People like to count water as gains from time to time.
it really can be hard to tell water from mass gains, but putting that aside, I do think that the extra strength that comes from the water does help to build mass, thats why I dont use anti-e's unless I absolutely have to
