Just a guy from toronto who works out and trains, had great progress so far in 2-3 years 100% natty. Was 200lbs and came down to 118lb which was amazing.
Now I am at around 135lbs again after bulking to 150lbs, just looking to find some chill guys to talk to about bodybuilding, sups, training, etc.
