Ok, after months and months of doing this balancing act with my diet and lifting, and learning through trial and error I have finally set a fitness goal.... I want to compete!
But now I have opened myself up to a whole new level where my good ole protien shakes and everyday supplements just arent going to cut it.
I want to start an anavar and clenbuterol cycle. After researching and researching I think the general consensus is these items are among the best for women. I was thinking about doing an 8 week cycle of anavar and adding the clen during my last 5 to 4 weeks. What does everyone think about this?
Here is my current stats:
I lift heavy 4 days a week. The usual back on one day, then chest and biceps, shoulders and tris and then legs.
I do cardio for a half an hour 5 days a week and on the day I dont lift I add abs.
I eat 5 times a day: Oats and two eggs in the am, lean meat, veggies and some carbs for lunch, tuna and fruit for snack, protien shake and then lean meat and veggies for dinner. All three hours apart.
Right now I take a multivitamin, vitamin C, flaxseed oil, and beta-exdysterone.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
