I've been training for almost a year, and have gained about 25lbs or so of mass. Now its Motocross season, and I'd really like to slim down a little. I know everyone says cardio and diet. But I need a schedule that I can get in and out of the gym in about an hour/hour and half. Muscle groups most used for MX are back, shoulders, arms, abs. Not much lower body. Anyone have a quick workout routine I could use?
