yes there are some folks out there that are blessed with super high metabolisms and can eat anything and everything in site, good for them
u cannot use other ppl as an example in this scenario due to every body being diff, its not like comparing a Carola to another Carola
what ive learned over the course of me getting in shape, its not the quantity, but the quality of calories
now eating garbage every now and then is not going to hurt you, no, as a matter of fact its actually good for your body to shock it once in a while juss to keep your metabolism up.
now I wouldnt call eating clean being "anal" as u put it.
if you want to stuff your face with processed foods adn unhealthy fats, go right ahead, but dont patronize those who take this shit serious , down to the last calorie, i dont know how old you are, but as you get older your systems start to slow down as well, so its either not be "anal" and get fat or eat healthy and stay young .![]()

Look folks, you cannot trick nature. 280 calories is 280 calories whether it's a snickers or 1.4 cups of brown rice. I will be the first to state that eating non-processed food is the right choice for health reasons, but to say you cannot lose weight on processed "junk" food? That's so wrong, so very very wrong.
A calorie is LITERALLY a calorie. Whether you like it or not.
And it's not like people eat a diet entirely comprised of a 280 calorie snickers bar. Lets be real here, most of us eat 3, 4, 5 grand in one day, so if I want 280, 500, shit a thousand of my 5K in somewhat processed food, the world will go on. In fact I got the leanest in my life eating pop tarts and snickers, as well as ice cream on the regular. And I'm no 18 yr old metabolic wonder. I did it caffeine free, drug free and 31 years old.
