ive heard all kinds of opinions on training during a cycle and i still dont know who to beleive. im starting my first real stack. i did one sus only cycle before this one and im wondering what kind of training split i should do. i ve always stuck to H.I.T. system and it works great but some of my friends that are using are doing two-a-days and it seems like to much. any advice?
