Training Question HELP PLEASE
Being a full time college student and also working at UPS loading trucks. I am wondering how much am I losing if anything loading trucks for 5-6 hours a night. mon-fri. All boxes being from 1 pound to 150 pounds consistantly at 300-400 packages an hour.
I also workout 3-4 days a week. at an hour to two hours a day.
ex, of my training.
Mondays: Triceps and Chest
Wednesdays: Shoulders and Back
Fridays: Legs and Biceps
So mainly 3 days and I try to do cardio on off days.
But I get so tired. I read that your testosterone levels drop off after 1 hour. (Am I just being a woman and need to suck it up and go more? I want to add more mass)I am almost 20 and 190lbs 5'11. I try to eat everything I can when I can just to keep my energy up. I have 2-3 MRP's of SAN's infusion plus my 3 regular meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Mineral Vitiman also). Also is there something I can add to my diet for Caffine? I love pop too much just for the caffine to wake up for school in the mornings. Or it seems the carbs help me out but the HIgh Frucose syrup i heard is extremley fatining. Anyone reccomend any good carb drinks.
