I am a dairy farmer so i do not have alot of time and i also do not live near a gym so i was woundering if anybody had some training tip's or suggestion's for a home gym system for me?
You know I get better pumps at my cabin in the Mtn.s where I have a Power Rack and Smith with upper and lower cables, than I do when I work out here at the gym in the city. I love lifting at home. Metallica blasting, shirt off, no-one around with the door open to some nice 4,000 ft above sea level air. Im my strongest there.
