Training Too Much?

Need your help guys. I workout 3 days on, 1 day off. Day one; Chest, Tri's with ab's. Day two; Back, Bi's with forearms. Day three; Shoulders and legs with ab's. One day off and then repeat this cycle. My question is......am I training too much. Some articles I've read say yes, others say no.
 
How do U feel? If it works for u and youre gaining then go with it bro.

But id rather do a 5day split then having 2days off.
 
It is a very individual thing.............what is over-training for you, could be under-training for someone else.

As Bast said, go with how you feel.
