So i want to start my first cycle very shortly.
Problem is, i have everything covered when it comes to upperbody and lowerbody.
I have never had a 6pack.
When i was young i used to be obese and i have extra fat that i have never been able to get rid of.
I have gone down to lowest weight of 72kg and it just hangs there so i figured i should stop loosing weight. Asked my doctor and he also said it was loose skin. "even tho it feels like theirs fat in there.."
What i am mainly asking is:
I train 6days a week, should i include abs every 2nd day? Monday, Weds, Fri
if so, what routine should i do for abs? i want it to be quick but i want it to be Very effective "Crunches, Leg Raises, Russian twists etc.."
I just want to feel some abs under my skin after a cut after 14weeks.
I keep my workouts between 50-100minutes per day when bulking.
Cardio kept at minimum because i seem to loose heaps of weight really quickly.
