Training Towards a 6Pack

So i want to start my first cycle very shortly.

Problem is, i have everything covered when it comes to upperbody and lowerbody.

I have never had a 6pack.
When i was young i used to be obese and i have extra fat that i have never been able to get rid of.
I have gone down to lowest weight of 72kg and it just hangs there so i figured i should stop loosing weight. Asked my doctor and he also said it was loose skin. "even tho it feels like theirs fat in there.."

What i am mainly asking is:
I train 6days a week, should i include abs every 2nd day? Monday, Weds, Fri
if so, what routine should i do for abs? i want it to be quick but i want it to be Very effective "Crunches, Leg Raises, Russian twists etc.."
I just want to feel some abs under my skin after a cut after 14weeks.

I keep my workouts between 50-100minutes per day when bulking.
Cardio kept at minimum because i seem to loose heaps of weight really quickly.

Cheers steroidologists

There are two schools of thought on abs. Work them often, every day/every other day with no crazy routines or work them real hard once a week.

Some people believe just core exercises alone is sufficient. I dont subscribe to that theory because i can see a significant difference when i work them daily. I try and work them at least 4x a week when im cutting. I also do cardio 7x a week when i want my abs clearly visible. As you said though there is definitely a tradeoff when doing a lot of cardio (weight loss)

BTW: My normal ab routine is:

Day 1
Captain chair leg raises 4x20
Roll outs 4x20
Fitness Ball Crunches with 20lb dumbell 4x20

Day 2
Decline bench russian twist with 25lb plate 4x15
Decline bench crunch 4x15
Not sure what its called but then i spin around on the decline bench so my feet are touching the ground and my chest is up high then i raise my knees to my chest. 4x15

then i keep alternating days.

Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.
No matter what routine you follow in the end, there is a simple fact to consider.
Everything works. Some routines work very badly, and some are amazingly effective, but in the end, everything works. If you stimulate a muscle, it will adapt by changing for the better.
So now matter how good or bad your training is, or how good or bad the end abdominal development is, if there is a layer a fat over your abs, you won't be able to see the development.
Everyone has abs. I am not saying everyone has great abs, but everyone has abs. The difference is what you do in the kitchen in order to showcase those abs.
