Training while injured... Any ideas?

I have stitches in my palm (only 4), puncture wounds in my pinky finger on same hand (pretty numb), multiple punctures on left arm and what I believe to be a strained muscle or ligament damage in my knee (hurts to stand up without setting up for it first).

What exercises can I still do?

I'm really working my abs, but it seems like that's all I can really do for now.

Any ideas?
 
Damn how exactly did you get those injuries? Cable work may be possible without causing further damage to your hand for the time being.
 
The pain from the pulled muscle is your body telling you NOT to train as you'll damage it further. I wouldnt do anything on that till its better.

Soft tissue/skin damage is a fucker though, cos you know your muscles are just fine underneath...
