Transaction declined buying from rui? Wtf

So I'm trying to order some stuff from rui and my transaction keeps getting declined. Help would be appreciated!

No idea what rui is, but some general advice; they may be doing maintenance on their site, or maybe you could try a new card, or maybe contact them? I'm not sure how this "stuff" works. I am still new around here.

u think there is a problem with your card ? sometimes when i buy stuff from the net , my visa etc will sometimes freeze my card because they belive maybe someone had stolen your card . if i buy something on the net from china , it shows that the card was used in china and instantly they freeze my card for fraud/safety purposes . But once i call them oe they call me to straighten it out , it goes through . However maybe they are just doing site maintenence . Did u try it a couple times? try again and see if it works now

I remember seeing that people using prepaid credit cards can't use them at Rui as the billing address doesn't match the address of the cardholder. Are you using your actual bank card, or a prepaid? I'd definitely email rui, they'll take care of you no sweat.

He means a real bank issued visa or M/C not debit card, as opposed to a prepaid card, that would be just silly

I previously had the same issue with them. My problem was my shipping and billing address were different. Make sure you put the address your card is registered under for billing

I had the same issue last night. It kept saying my billing address didn't match what the bank had on file. So I called my bank today to confirm if I was using the right one and I was. I'm not sure what up. I was using my visa debt card.

I had same issue. Don't try to resubmit or it will keep the hold on your bank account. If it declines it clear your cart on site, then verify your billing address with bank, then place order again from scratch.
