Sorry I dont have better pics, didnt like to get in them often at the size I was and how I felt about myself.
But these are basically the last 3 years before starting TRT
Year 1: I weighed 172 kg dropped my kcal intake down at first bit by bit but then I got obsessed with losing weight so down to around 1200 kcal daily.
Year 2: weight 92 kg, yeah I had lost a whopping 80 kg over a period of 12 months but I was looking flat with loose skin. So I took up weight training 3-4 days per week while trying to eat better.
Year 3: weight 88.9 kg having gained about 2cm around bicep/triceps and probably dropped fat across my arms and chest, still have it mostly in the middle around 18% I think and obviously still loose skin (not sure it will ever go).
Hoping I can push on after seeing an endo here (if they do decide to help me out more than my doctors have so far.
