tren 450 wk for fat burning at max

Hi guys sorry my english, from brazil.
I run a lot of cycles with no tpc like 20 or more, since 16 to 21. I'm now 24 , got a lot of ace tren and prop test, really a lot to run 1g test and tren for 3 months. I still look like a guy who works out, and a don't train for 3 years, 24tears old now.
I want get shedred, i'm with 13% bf max, with 87kg, i need to know how can i burn more fat than possible fat to look 8% or less bf.
Workout and cardio after don't work for me, my body burns only muscle and nothing of fat.
Whats the best way to burn fat really quick on diet? Need some help to maximum results
 
Sorry dude, but diet trumps EVERYTHING. If you can't cut without tren, you're not going to cut with it either if your diet is poor.

I'm surprised that with 20 cycles under your belt you haven't figured this out yet. :rolleyes:
 
I had 7% bf with tren and salbutamol. I just hate the anxiety salbutamol gives me, fuck that shit.
I will try some fasting cardio tomorrow
 
got to put in the hard work for the results. including discipline diet habbits, training, cuting out alcohol (if its a factor), proper rest. AAS will only enhance the results at the end of the day. Dont get priorities backwords...
 
Ran trenover at a lower dosage, had great results due to discipline. You may forget about any progress if you think aas can compensate lack of regime, food, sleep etc. Goodluck.
 
wow made 30 minutes of fasting cardio in the morning. Tonigh workout 40 min and 60 min cardio after. Shit this trembolone works fast.

90 minutes of cardio ON tren? Yeah, it hasn't kicked in yet LOL. Please keep this thread going though! :D
 
Maybe its the tren , you know, you can't look like you are on tren if you are not on it haha

You clearly haven't tried cardio on tren. Tren decreases your ability to breathe, which makes anything cardiovascular related a challenge. Probably the alcohol. ;)
 
I know man tren and cardio don't match, i didn't make a hard card, it was very light but i did. Diet on 1500 calories max, lot of red meet and whey. But i sure look diferent, my face and body are more lean, sure tren is legit

How long have you been on the tren? I was under the impression that you were about to start, but hadn't yet. Low intensity steady state cardio is doable, but I'd be surprised if you were able to do the stair master or run for any length of time. :)

My first cycle was tren only, 200-300mg week will do nothing, body doesnt respond anymore. But i just don't know what a fuck i'm doing, i get the substance and inject. I'm looking for some advice becouse brazilian forums are fucked, they have rules to take whey protein, my god fuck off.
When i got to 7% was tren only and salbutamol, of course my endocrinal system is fucked but i don't care.
The first pin was today with the workout, i need advice to get maximum results from this cycle, not critics . From your experience , what is the best way to get this fat burn fast, i'm really motivated just need some advice of experience users for maximum results
