Tren and prolactin levels

As I was discussing in an earlier post with detoak which got deleted. I am curious what protocol to follow with what I am guessing is tren related gyno symptoms. Sore nipple. I am currently running 100mg EOD of tren along with test. I am running .5mg of prami ED. But it has been a week at this dose and it's not gotten worse nor better.

Should I up the prami dose further?
 
How much test are you takeing? Are you takeing an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) as well?

Usualy I hear the it takes about 2 weeks for prolactin based gyno to clear, But I would suggest maby uping the dose of prami to 1mg ED until it dose. And keep us updated as I am haveing the same problem and am waiting for my prami to come in the mail so keep me updated by PM if you dont mind. Also vit b6 seems to help...300mg 3 times a day.

My current cycle is 1000mg test e/wk
tren 100mg/EOD

I started getting a sensitive nipple about 4 days after the tren. I have been upping my prami dose, I am at .75mg right now and will taper up to 1mg per day. Ill give it a week and see how it goes. It has not gotten better or worse and I started prami on the day of my first tren inject.

As for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) I am running aromasin at 12.5mg ED. This is a first time with aromasin as I usually use arimidex. I might even switch back to it as I have it on hand. Well I have pretty much everything on hand. lol.

That is one hell of a cycle! Can I be correct in assuming that you are using trenbolone acetate? If so, drop it for a few weeks and continue with the aromasin and prami. If your condition improves, then you've at least identified the culprit. If it doesn't improve, then the high dose T may be the problem child.

I am going to say it is most likely the tren, I started feeling a sore nipple 4 days after my first injection of both tren and test, so in theory my test should be just kicking in right about now. And correct me if I am wrong but i would not think the test would amoratize that quickly?

I am upping the prami dose to 1mg/day for a week and see if it changes. If not I think i will be forced to drop it. This is my 4th or so cycle with tren with this being the first time I have an issue. As for the test dose, I have ran a gram a week for my last few cycles with no issues. Must be getting old:)

You know what, I could be like me and be a combanation of both estrogen and prolactin. When estrogen is high it causes prolactin to spike as well, to be on the safe side you might want to up the aromasin to 25mg ED or maby ad a bit of adex ontop of the aromasin.
 
Estrogen must be at high enough levels to work synergistically with high levels of prolactin or progesterone, to cause breast development and lactation.

Are you lactating? If you aren't, chances are you don't have progesterone related gyno. Personally, Aromasin doesn't work for me anymore for controlling estro levels. I use a low dose of letro. That's the only thing that'll work for me. If you run letro + prami and still are having gyno sensitivity...then you better get some surgery, quit using gear, or get used to sore nips.

No I am not lactating, and its still not getting better or worse, I upped my prami doese to 1mg lastnight, first time its ever made me ill feeling. I think I am going to switch back to liquidex. I did not think test would amoratize in 4 days????

lactating dose not mean that your nipples will just start lecking fluid...Pinch the center of your nipple like you are trying to pop a pimple and then pot a peice of paper out to it and see if it gets wet, thats the best way to make sure.
 
Hopefully my input can help you out, bilbo.... I looooove my tren! And i probably run to much of it by most "human" standards...lol
i've never used prami or liquidex, but when i am running tren i always run .5mg of cabergoline and my usual .625mg of letro eod. It took me some expiramenting to get straight what worked for me, but this combo definately keeps the nipple monsters away. Good luck bro!
 
Thanks for the info chip. By the way the run with the hcg helped my au natural levels very well. Thanks to you I am able to run this cycle. Um I guess I can blame the sore nips on you. Lol j/k. Thanks for your input .

Oh i pinched them, i can't seem to leave it alone. I am going to switch to arimidex and keep the prami at 1mg. I am going to order up some letro and cab. Chip steared me in the right direction before so we will see what that does for me.

Still no better or worse, its only been a couple days. I dropped the aromasin and went back to my faithful arimidex. Now running the prami at 1mg/ed. Makes me almost puke and its a mental struggle to hold it down. I have some letro en route which I will give a try.
 
Just an update. I have been running prami at .75mg/day.
Arimidex at .5mg/day. Along with .5mg of cab per day. The soreness in my nipple is gone. There is still a little swollen breast tissue beneath the nipple but the arsenal has seemed to work. I get some letro in next weeks and I will begin toback off on the dosages and cutting some out.

Glad to hear bro...I just got my prami 3 days ago and I am slowly upping the dose. I stated at .125 then .225 now im at .325 and man this shit kicks my ass! Along with 25mg aromasin. So it took you about 2 weeks on the prami for it to start working? Keep us updated.
