I want to optimize my current tren-a run for bulking.
245lbs, 6'2", 14%bf
I am taking 75mg tren-a ED, and 250mg Test-E once a week. On week two now.
Now, after reading about this, diet looks to be the most important thing to consider for this. Pile in the food for a bulk. 5000 Cal a day should do it I would think.
How about the test-e amount? I am wanting to avoid nasty sides, so I have gone with lower test than tren as many advise. On day 8 now, and no sides at all yet on 75mg ED of tren
Glad about that. Maybe its to early to be seeing sides yet?
