Tren for BULK? Calories or test amount?

I want to optimize my current tren-a run for bulking.
245lbs, 6'2", 14%bf

I am taking 75mg tren-a ED, and 250mg Test-E once a week. On week two now.

Now, after reading about this, diet looks to be the most important thing to consider for this. Pile in the food for a bulk. 5000 Cal a day should do it I would think.

How about the test-e amount? I am wanting to avoid nasty sides, so I have gone with lower test than tren as many advise. On day 8 now, and no sides at all yet on 75mg ED of tren :) Glad about that. Maybe its to early to be seeing sides yet?

Any comments or suggestions on how to best BULK on tren-A?
 
I tired to bulk on my high prop/low tren run 525wk-350wk and it was very difficult for me. tren suppressed my appitite really bad so I ended up just eating as much clean food as I could and let it drop my bf%. strength was through the roof though...

my next tren run im doing high tren low prop...let me know how it works for you
 
I have noticed some appetite reduction too. I am just trying to eat really clean and stuff it in even if I dont feel like it. Which is hard. Lots of Protein powder, lean meats etc.... Keep the intake up. I am hoping to find good results with this and bulk up some. A bit of lost fat would be fine too, but mostly working to up the lean body mass.
What do others find with TEST doses and tren-ace?
 
The "test lower than tren" rule is some arbitrary nonsense based on nothing. I've used a gram of test with 500 mgs. of tren, great cycle. I recommend you bump your test up to 500 mgs. per week and I expect you'll gain quite a bit more muscle.
 
I agree with TD above. The consensus on keeping Test higher then tren is sound.

Personally, I'd do 400 tren and 600 test! :D Throw in 5k cals, and you're gold!
 
I used to run tren with everything, regardless of the desired results. For me it was either 133 mg per day or EOD depending on when I was stacking it with.
