200mg test cyp/week, pin days monday/friday
100mg tren ace eod, pin days mon/wed/fri
Running no ai at current time, but do have it on hand now, like to keep my joints lubed with higher estro
May bump my tren up to 150mg eod, we will see
As fsr as the gains, I finished my 15 week cut 2 weeks ago before this current blast
Cut down to 198, this week hit the scale and sitting at 207lbs, filling out quite nice, holding some water probs, but as farnas the aggressiveness in the gym I wanna hit the muscle I am working on hard, and fuck me the pumpsnare crazy insane, already getting a lot of hesd turns at the gym like something is up lol, will post updated pics tonight as well
My daily cal count is set for 3600 cals, 380p, 360c, 80f

1 cup oatmeal, 3/4 cup egg whites, 1 scoop iso protein, 1 tsp natty pb

1 cup egg white, 4 piece of whole wheat bread, 1 tsp natty pb

Protein intake.

I wouldn't say he is, I mean everyone is different but on average 1.5-2g per pound to grow, 1g per pound to maintain. The difference I find in my body when I get up over 1.5 is huge.

I would however eat more solid food and less shakes, I do two shakes a day, one PWO and one before bed, that's it. I feel like shit if I have any more, all gassy and bloated, its gross.
 
Im 240 10% bf. Maybe its a miracle i can grow on only 200-225g of protein a day. Curious whats yoyr stats? And your right..this dude is drinking way to many shakes. Hes probly not even synthesizing all the protein hes taking in. Even with the tren.

Hey like I said every one is going to be different, some guys can grow on less. Me I shrink, lol. Im 6'2 and a bit, 240 this morning empty stomach, I honestly couldn't tell you my BF% as I have no idea, Its isn't much though, I have an insanely fast metabolism and have a very hard time gaining any fat.

Your right, eveyone is diff. Gotcha bro. I'm right there with you. I'm 6'4 tall like you. But 380g is insane. There's a big difference between 200...250..even 275proteins..but cmon.380?!? Lets be real. I want to diet coach him for free lol.
 
12%. Went from about 18 % to that in last 8 weeks of my cycle. Basically weight has stayed within a couple pounds during that time as well.

Bro your taller than me!! damn!! lol, I usually on average get is 300 per day, I don't think its that insane to be eating that much, I went for a month at 400 per day just a little while ago and my strength and muscle fullness was stupid!!! Its amazing I find, the difference between 300 and 400, but you cant keep that up for too long, its hard on the system, and the GF tends to get annoyed at me bombing all the time lmfao.

If you look at what Ronnie Coleman used to eat and also recommend eating to gain size, was 2x bodyweight in protein. I realize no one on here even comes close to having the skills and genetics like Big Ron but Id say he knows what hes talking about when It comes to putting muscle on.

Another thing to add as well is at 380, that's going to be a little taxing on the kidneys, so keep the H2O intake up, at LEAST a gallon per day!!!

At that much protein I find I can lower my carbs and still gain, the excess protein my muscles don't use is used as energy its not a waste in my opinion, also this helps keep that 'puffy' look down, and you still gain muscle, but at 380 he will gain no matter what.

I agree everyone is different..its one thing to take in 350g of protein through food, its another through primarily shakes. The fact doesn't change that calories are stored regardless. It doesn't matter if he's way over on carbs, fats, protein, alcohol...it doesn't matter. The unused calories are all going to be stored as fat

EDIT: I'd switch up the fats as well, there's nothing wrong with natty pb but using that as a the primary source of fat is a mistake IMO. Avacado is a great choice, you could throw olive oil in a shake etc. Just a thought

Oh for sure, if a guy is in a calorie surplus come the end of the day weight gain will happen, and excess calories will be stored as fat. I just find for myself, and this might go against everything ever written, but this does not happen if I keep the carbs lower and the protein super high, as opposed to lets say 1.5-2x carbs to protein ratio. My metabolism being light speed might play a factor, also a lot of my diet advice or even the way I think is strictly from trying stuff and seeing if it works or not, I don't follow a certain protocol when it come to dieting I just one thing and tweak it and try something else to see what gives me the best result. like weve said everyone is different. I personally rock a lot of simple carbs and gain like crazy, whereas some dudes would ballon up if they did that.
