Good point! Maybe try taking as soon as you wake up along with a slightly lowered dose........maybe between these, you might get some help? (Purely speculative!)
I still cant believe that people are recomending stuff like Melatonin and Valerian Root. That shit has never done a damn thing for me. I know that everyone is different, but chronic insomina is a bitch. At one time I was so desperate to find something to help me sleep, that I was buying and taking 15mg of xanax everynight. I speak from expirence that Amitriptlin is the best.
BTW=Juice, I am leaving right now to send you some tabs. Try it out and then talk to your doc about how it worked.
Thanks again Bro. I really appreciate it. I hate to keep whining and complaining about my lack of sleep on these threads but it's gotten to a point where I'm beginning to lose my fucking mind.
I used to do my shot pre workout (3pm), but sleep was a problem. When i wake up (8 am) made all the difference. Night sweats are still a problem though.
