Trouble falling asleep....

i train before bed. to failure, eat immediately after then pass out from exaustion. i go right to sleep a good 5-7 hours. you're already taking enough stuff. no need to add sleep aides etc imo.

Good point! I'm sure if one looks, he can find a pill for everything.

Gaba used to really work and then they took out the stuff that worked... like in the early 90s.
I get the leg issue when I train legs or do Deadlift s. Legs are so tired but activated at the same time.
It's almost like overtired legs.
Maybe Ur training like all hell and fury and this is happening?

I have sleeping problems alot and the best thing I've used is a drink called neuro sleep I highly recommend it to anybody who has sleeping problems.

You are having this problem because just like steroids shutdown your test production the benzo's have messed up your gaba system. If your not taking them you are going to have the symptoms you described and others. Continuing to take them will lead to needing more and more. I hope you research into these facts about the benzo's I am telling you because the sooner the better for your body

thanks for your opinion....i only take the benzos as needed so not daily as many may think....only as needed and i need them 1-3xweek if that... so i dont think its that. i just think its the amount of gear im on and one of them is causing a lil disruption in sleep..it has gotten better, i must say so i can't complain too much. also melatonin before bed helps too and ive read it can increase igf/hgh levels...double whammy for it, lol....thanks and cheers!

I have an other option for you,, I use it when taking Tren to help calm me down... Try Vistaril.. I swear by it..

Its mild, but works wonders!

Vistaril (hydroxyzine) reduces activity in the central nervous system. It also acts as an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of itching, or hives on the skin. Vistaril is used as a sedative to treat anxiety and tension.

Definitely take a look into this compound because it's highly recommended and I have first-hand experience with it, you can even utilize that during the daytime if you feel agitated and slightly aggressive, it has calming properties to it...

And thank you for your kind feedback,EP truly stands in a League of Their Own... ;)

u got it sir. thanks again!

I'm running almost the exact same cycle. Dbol late in the day definitely caused sleep issues. I actually dropped it because it was causing problems with hunger, even though I was taking only 20mg in the morning. When I was taking 40mg, with the later dose in the evening, I started having sleep issues.

I bumped my mast from 400mg to 800mg a couple weeks ago. Sleep problems arose then as well. So as a whole, Mast and Dbol both cause sleep issues for me. I usually only have an issue on the same day as the mast dose, then the next couple nights i'm fine.

My advice is to drop Mast to 400 if you still have problems, and try dosing dbol earlier in the day. Just my thoughts.

Have a good cycle my man.

Note about Vistaril , start low dose. They use it for anxiety while attics are in withdrawal and on going to avoid more addiction. It's just an antihistamine as said and those some times linger on and on for hours. Personally I hate it and cannot wake up off it. But ya know we're all different. J

Just a caution......

thanks for the head's up!

You don't need to take the benzo's everyday for dependence to happen. You are dependent on them now. I understand you don't believe me but if you actually try 1 -2 weeks off you are going to notice a whole host of symptoms. I am telling you from personal experience. It's hard for people to understand the damage that is being done while taking a medication a doctor (supposedly trustworthy) gives you. It only takes a simple google search to show that I am exactly correct.

Same experience with benzos, whether I took them ED or only twice a week I noticed issues when trying to stop. Bad rebound anxiety, increased HR and BP, started to really mess with me and I couldn't ever just feel relaxed on my own, talked to a psych who wasn't huge into giving out meds and he suggested the benzos could be disrupting my ability to relax by depleting GABA.

Granted the gear has to be most of it but just beware of them meds.... I am much more content without them, took a few months but it's okay now. I have servere PTSD from injuries sustained in Iraq so I get the whole anxiety thing.

Another one you can try for sleep that I've been using is Alteril. It's main ingrediant is L-Tryptophan which is the same chemical you find in Turkeys...which is why you fall asleep after thanksgiving dinner. I've been using it for a couple of months because meletonin has no effect on me and other over the counter sleep aides make me spacy feeling the next day.

So I'm on a cycle right now and I'm having trouble falling asleep. Sometimes I get restless legs and it keeps me up for an hour or so... Does anyone know what compound is causing this or have had this issue in the past?
Here's my cycle

750mg test
500mg deca
600mg mast
40mg dbol
.25prami
.25caber
.5adex
Hgh Chinese and ugl

Thanks for the support!

Sounds like the question format we used to get asked in university exams.

Everyone's posts are basically right on. I have sleep issues anyway, but when I do a cycle or even HIGH DOSE Test my sleep problems get much worse. Of course when on TREN I didn't get much sleep at all. Can't do Tren for the sides are very severe , drastic for me.

Like was said Vistaril is a antihistamine just as Benadryl and some people just can't take it because of the lingering effect. You need a script ( I think) for Vistaril and Benadryl is OTC and cheap. It's not as strong so you might want to give it a try @ 50 - 100 mgs.
