Anyone have any suggestions on how to really develop the inner chest? Imo i think i have a pretty decent chest, but it seems like with my chest workouts i feel mainly my upper chest and middle chest being taxed the most. I really wanna get a thick inner chest, and lessen that gap inbetween my chest. My routine for inner chest consists of incline flys and pec-dec machine... been doing it for a few months now but im not really seeing any significant results. any suggestions ?
