I have been on Maximus protocol for 5 months.. My life has changed drastically for the better! My concentration, energy, confidence, and mood are better than ever..
However, I'm still missing the physical benefit of HRT.. This is due to my own negligence.. I have not put in the effort to get my diet straightened out.. Also, my workouts have been sporadic..
I signed up with 3J and he made up a customized meal plan for me according to my questionnarre, measurements, and weight..
Today was the first day on 3J's diet, it's great ! I am definitely not hungry.. So far so good

I am on the Keto diet - very low carbs
6 meals a day.. I cooked the weeks worth of food and put the meals in seperate containers.. It took 2 hrs yesterday to get the whole week's food cooked and packaged- easy!

BF% 32 (approx)
waist at bellybutton 49"
biceps16"
thighs 22"
much more measurements but I'll just list these.

I plan on doing whole body circuit training EOD.. Just one good set per bodypart almost
to failure 8-12 reps.. It take about 25 min.

Every day I will do 1/2 hr of low intensity cardio..
My goal is to be 235lbs w/ less than 15% BF
within 1 year..

I feel this is realistic because of all the postive things that the Maximus protocol has done for me, especaily mentally. I should have no problem following 3J's program with my new mentality.

I will use this thread to keep myself motivated, as well as, motivate others as I transform my body and life..
Every week I will take measurements and weigh in for 3J so he can manipulate my diet
according to my progress..
I will post these up along w/ any thoughts on how I feel as I go on this journey.

thats cool man, did you notice any change in your physical appearance while being idle in training while on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)? I am greatly interested in the metal aspects Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) has given you. How long until you noticed mental clarity and wakefulness? As well as libido issues? I hear most say that the energy and well being is a by product of working out while on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and not the Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) itself, if that makes any sense

Glad to see you started a log TR! I'm interested to watch your progress bro, you won't believe what 3j's diets will do for you. Stay motivated great things are in your future!

yes I am more muscular than before HRT; however, I was working out sporadically.. Mental aspect- I can't explain it in words.. The best I can say is that before HRT; I knew what I wanted to say but couldn't find the words.. Now I can hang out w/ people and feel confident that I won't look like an idiot.. As far as sense of well-being as a by-product of nutrition and exercise; I am sure that it is.. But, raising my T levels to an acceptable range, w/ e2 under control, has taken me out of a deep depression..

Glad that you are now with 3J. In my opinion your 12 month goals are VERY realistic if you follow the plan.

Maximus combined with 3J combined with a solid training plain is the holy triumvirate!!!
 
If you stick to your plans you will most likely hit your goals well in advance of a year. I've seen it done many times.
 
After filling my face w/ turkey and all the other crap for thankgiving weekend, I came down w/ a serious cold/flu.. So, I'm dusting myself off and getting back on the horse.. I got a new gym membership in a gym that I used to workout in.. I know a lot of people, good music, and smokin hot woman- I'm married but it can't hurt to look.. I switched back to this gym because I found it more difficult to get motivated to get up and go to my old drab gym.. I need every little bit of motivation I can get to keep this lifestyle going.
So, I'm back on the 3J diet starting today and I'm going to stick w/ the same workout routine. There's been a lot of transformation logs keeping me motivated and hopefully this one will be motivating others in the near future!
 
Thats the good thing about working out and dieting you can always start back fresh the next day. It sounds like you have your focus on track now, you can do this bro!
 
That's it? What happened? Where did ya go? I hate when blogs just end like that! It's like starting to watch a movie then not getting to see the end. Hope everything's going good for ya
