Got a TRT update for everybody, wondering if I could get some input from some more well known users about T levels and also about my Thyroid and glucose and other things! This is on 200mg Test C per week for TRT. This test was taken FASTED! and it was taken 2 days after my Test shot. I am also on 25mg/week of aromasin taken 24 hours after my shots(split bi weekly)

Total Test is average and free T is higher. Thyroid seems like its not doing so good either but im not a pro!

I'd hop on NAC for starters; looks like you're either drinking occasionally, or taking an anti-inflammatory. That's your liver (AST/ALT) being slightly out of range.

Glucose is on the high side for fasting, but if you had a large complex carb meal the night prior, it's fine. If you continue to see it being high, even with a smaller carb dinner, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

Total testosterone looks fine, and free test is almost always going to be a bit high as TRT itself combined with an AI decrease SHBG - which increases the free portion of testosterone.

As you can see by your estradiol, aromasin needs to be taken more frequently. I'd move it to 12.5mg eod or 6.25mg ED and see how that treats you.

Everything else is likely caused by being slightly dehydrated during the draw. Try to hydrate a bit next time to see if the BUN/creatinine numbers are remotely accurate.

T3 is a bit more tricky, but your FT3 looks good, and is what matters. I don't see a T4 on there, but if I had to guess, I'd wager it's on the higher side, which iodine supplementation can regulate. (iodized salt used in moderation is a cheap and easy source)

My .02c :)

Thanks for the input Halfwit! And yea I am going to hop on NAC soon. I actually dont drink at all and do not take anti-inflammatories. My liver is just super high. Glucose was fasting and i had a no carb dinner the night before so maybe i need to keep a watchful eye on that. Aromasin more frequently rajahh! ill try 12.5mg 3x a week or eod like you said and see how that goes. my free T4 was .8 on a .6 to 1.6 scale, its in the second picture

is his estradiol at 49 pg/nl? is that what I am reading? Not sure if I am reading that correct..
It should be around 20-30 correct?

Take any other drugs for medical issues? Acne medications, some scalp treatments, anti-fungals, etc are all removed from the body through the liver. While your enzymes aren't super high, I would look into the potential cause. NAC should certainly help. :)

Wow, no carbs the night prior and you're seeing a glucose like that? You're not in ketosis, are you? (under 40g of carbs per day)

Total T4 is what I was looking for. Free matters, but I wanted to see what the entire pool looked like that your body had to draw upon to make T3. (FT4 is what's used, but total hormone is what creates the signal that it has ample raw material to make T3.)

Ultimately though, everything looks pretty dang good. :)

Don't do E3D with the aromasin, it's not effective for most people because of the half life, I would do at least EOD but better off with ED... you can always run a low dose daily versus more EOD, etc. It's also hard to crash E2 with the aromasin so don't worry too much, honestly when I started ED aromasin doses for my TRT protocol it helped me feel better, it certainly made a difference versus arimidex or EOD aromasin doses.

I run 200mg as well and since we're both with IMT I assume we're using the same brand of test, and I take 12.5MG ED of aromasin (ocassionally a full 25, once a week maybe) which gives me a 32ish E2, but most of all I feel great on it. Granted my BF is sitting a little high right now so if you're super lean you will need less, and of course will all seem to aromatize differently.

As halfwit mentioned try to drink more water a few hours prior to labs.... I try to drink a fair amount starting 2 hours before I get poked up until I get to the actual lab, this stoped my high bun and creatinine readings.

honestly i would divide your dosage to 100mg twice a week.. unless thats what youre already doing?

Gotcha, I will try switching to a 6.25mg ED and see how that makes me feel/look/how the numbers turn out. The doctor told me to fast and no water so thats what i did. Next time I will drink some water before.

3J It is currently a 100mg twice per week, i didnt make that too clear my bad

As far as Iodine supplementation, How much Iodine should I be using? it says 1/4 tsp is 45% of daily value, but i assume that is RDA and I know that they are notorius for under dosing requirements. Just salt all my stuff with iodine?

I just sprinkle a tiny amount into my rice for lunch (the sodium used is actually quite low) and some usually on my dinner. 1/4 tsp is a very small amount, and the RDA should be fine for this particular case as you're not having any serious issues.

I sprinkle it on my Cheerios every morning & night. A healthy thyroid is a happy and productive one :)
