TRT for life? Blast and cruise? Need advice.

I have been suffering side effects from a year long + cycle (SEVERE anxiety, loss of libido, depression, muscle loss). Due to my age, 46, I doubt my hormonal levels will ever fully recover. Currently, I'm on androgel. It's not helping me much so I want to change to test injections. I'm assuming that I'll be on TRT for life. I've been reading up on the "blast and cruise" technique. It's new to me so what are the basics involved? What should I be doing to sustain my health while never really coming off? Are there any other substances that I would take during the cruising faze (Ai's, HCG, clomid?)

Welcome to the boards!

I just glimpsed through this just pinn a dose your comfortable with 2-300 mg some cruise on more some less. As far as health its no different than living a normal life doing test does not mean different health techniques. Gotta also figure out what ai doasge you will need or if you even will need it.

When you blast you increase dose add something else if you choose and just make it routine to get bloodwork 3 times a year. At your age you should have been on test year round long time ago.

once you have found the right trt dosage for yourself (dialed in) then blasting and cruising is no biggy..

you can do 12 week blasts of higher test and add other compounds..

Any advice on the AI? When I should take them? Which one to take? I new to all of this. Thank you for your help.
