In need of some help guys

I am almost 37 and been on very high dosages of Valium for 11 years. I have read up so much on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) but now wondering......How do I know/find out if I will benefit from it?

Thanks in advance

You need to go to the doc and get some bloodwork done, that's really the only way to tell if you need testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or not

If I go to my Doctors do I ask for my Testosterone levels to be checked when having a blood test?

As I live in the UK I dont know if this is covered by the NHS.

If I can get the blood test can I post the results up here and you guys can help me know if I am in need of TRT......

Thank you.

Yes bloodwork and ween yourself off the Valium.. It's not hard.. Drop the dose down by 1/2 mg every 2 weeks.. I used to be on klonipin for 8 years.. I was at 4 mgs a day and slowly and methodically got myself down to .125 mgs and then got off at that dose.. It took about 4 1/2 months but never had withdrawals.. Cold turkey, even under doc supervision, you will withdraw for 4-6 months.. It's unnecessary to go through hell for that long.. Taper off! Then do bloodwork again bc benzos will definitely keep your testosterone level low.. Good Luck

Talk to your doctor about your symptoms and tell him you think your testosterone levels may be low. Ask him to prescribe bloodwork for T and related markers.

Just got test results this morning after they were "lost" over the weekend.

Free Testosterone: 61.8 pg/ml Normal: (35-155 pg/ml)
Total Testosterone: 249 ng/dl Normal: (250-1100 ng/dl)

MY DOCTOR SAYS NO!

The more knowledgeable ones will ring in shortly but your total Test sucks. Most guys seem to feel good around 800.

I had to specially request the FREE test because that is the important one.

DR. would probably just given me the TOTAL if I didn't ask.
They said being just 1 under the range doesn't justify treatment.

Needless to say they don't seem very educated or comfortable with TRT.

i say your doctor is a fucking idiot! I mean, seriously, are you kidding? Some of my proudest moments are when those of my clients, that are m.d.'s, make that first contact with me and ask me to put them on a protocol. Those guys, and you all know who you are, are real doctors! One's that dont try to be an expert in a field that they know they are not.

Your "doctor" should have their license stripped and you sould head for the hills!

No trick question mate!

If I am low on Test what would be the best AAS to use, ie....Sust, Enanthate, Tren etc etc?

I suffer from anxiety and wonder if it is due to low Test.....But some reports show AAS cab give anxiety??

I would start off with a test cyp, Deca, and Dbol stack and see how you feel.

Thanks mate

I have used Dbol in the past. It raised my BP a bit which made me feel a bit more anxious. Been training for so many years I think I will respond to most things. I think a straight Test like Cyp or Enth may help......If I am low of course on my Test levels.

As for Tren....Fuck that! Seen the most chilled people get anxious off that stuff.

Its so unfortunate when you see shit like this when a doctor who doesn't know dick all has a say in stuff like this. Testosterone increases the wellbeing and quality of life in a person so much... even if its not off the chart low it should be addressed immediately. A GP shouldn't be able to play endocrinologist when the majority of his day is spent giving kids flu shots, writing perscriptions, and sending people to specialists.

Oh well /rantoff.
