TRT protocl..........................

Started using 1/4 tab ADEX E3D now in protocol for a week. Took dose 1/4 tab dose yesterday.
Feel low lidibo today and no wood. First time I felt that in a while.
It wasn't like this with 0.125 mg ADEX E3D, felt libido, and a little more wood....but a little more anxious with difficulty falling asleep, a bit more red in the face but not overly red.
with 1/4 tab ADEX E3D feel calmer but kinda down and not driven like I was last week.
We need Estradiol too....damn its hard to get fully dialed in....
and ADEX E4D is useless...
Protocol is: 60 mg T E3D and HCG 350 i.u. E3D.
any opinions?

Just going by feel. I feel all the symptoms of higher Estradiol. That 0.125 mg E3D dose of ADEX was not cutting it.
Day of HCG shot I could feel the E2 start to rise hours later, that low dose AI was doing nothing.
Slightly more anxious, more redness in face.
My concern is not to crash E2, I hope it aint so with this dosing of 1/4 tab E3D...

which dose are you speaking of ?
the TRT protocol as a whole or the "T" itself ?
Def. anxiety/excessive energy has come down in a week on this dose. And sleep patterns are better too.
Would lye in bed at night and heart would beat a little faster. Was hard going to sleep.
Estradiol is not too low at present cause joints are not sore, dry or aching.

The T itself
 
It seems to me that low doses of HCG won't spike the E2 THAT much, and 60mg of T isn't what you would need an AI for...most people.

Completely disagree. I find that HCG aromatizes quite badly for me and I'm only on around 200-210iu E3D. I think it all depends on the individual

you can feel the redness in the face 3-4 hours after shot depending on dose....
that increase in mental alertness. I find it pretty potent at 500 i.u. a dose...

Well, obviously all the hormone changes are very individualistic. However, I had E2 over 100 for quite a while, and had no signs of gyno or swelling.
 
Let's not turn this into a discussion about whether you can feel your e2 levels shifting. I sure as fuck know when my e2 starts climbing or crashing gauging by feel.

Please describe what you feel when your E2 goes UP or DOWN....

Unfortunately I have pubertal gyno, so fluctuations in E2 tend to effect that fairly quickly.

Ok. Just giving my experience on it, that's all.

I think a lot of people "freak out" way too fast about E2 sometimes. However, i'm not at all saying YOU are freaking out...just in a general sense.

For me, too low e2 results in anxiety, emotional flat lined, joint pain comes when it is too low for too low for too long however don't find there to be much worse than it already can get. Muscles do not look full at all, basically like I woke up and haven't eaten yet non stop and strength is also reduced along with intensity. Sex drive lowers and can not keep hard.

Taking 25mg stane, within 6 hours I feel all of the above come on especially a pronounced wave of anxiety.

This is all the reason i'm glad i'm able to do TRT without an AI.
