TRT Update: 6 Weeks into TRT... just curious where everyone likes there E2 at?

Im 6 weeks into TRT at 100mg of Test E a week, HCG 3 X a week at 500iu, no AI.

T... is 1120 ng/dl
E2...is 40 pg/ml

pre TRT I was at:

T 200 ng/dl
E2 16 pg/ml


- Strength is up, energy up, libido up, depression is non existent, anxiety down, better sleep, overall much much more positive outlook... Im a totally different person according to my gf.

Im 39, 6"0, 198lbs, BF % 14 (based on army/navy calculator)

That's a beautiful level for both T and E2, especially with no ai AND that much hcg. Phenomenal!



The general concensus and data pinpoints 700-900 ng/dl for total test and e2 of 18-45 pg/ml as the sweet spot for most people. Some feel better at different levels.


I feel great at 42 pg/ml for E2.

Awesome... thanks for the input... maybe ill lower the HCG a bit... well see what the endo says next visit.

If you feel great, you could try less hcg, but leaving it there wouldn't be bad. You can definitely get away with 500 x 2 week.


You can even mix test and hcg together in the same syringe.
