Oatmeal. Just put some dry oats in the blender and your protein powder. Thats what I do.

Yes, because of the Micellar Casein which is a really slow acting protein and for PWO, you want to use a fast protein like whey. The eggwhite protein is not as fast as whey, but it is not as slow as the micellar casein. And because the whey is mixed with the micellar casein, it will be slowed down.

Ingredients: Beta-Alanine, BCAA (l-leucine, l-valine, l-isoleucine 2:1:1), l-lysine, l-arginine, l-malic acid, gaba, acetyl l-carnitine, l-methionine, l-threonine, l-phenylalanine, l-tyrosine, ascorbic acid (vit c) caffeine anhydrous 50mg*, Natural/Artificial flavor/color, Sucralose, Acesulfame K.

So its a pre/durring workout formula that should help preserve muscle while training/cardio and help with recovery.

I use the Team Skip all day long.

I would probably be better off with a plain isolate, but I don't feel like having a bunch of different protein mixes for various times in the day. I really don't think it has really hurt my physique.... Really your post workout meal is only 1 out of 6 or so meals a day :D

thanks for the help. i figured since i take like 3 scoops at once that at least 25 of it is whey and getting absorbed fast, now the only questions is, is one scoop of dextrose to fast acting for the 1/3 whey that is in the 75 grams shake.

whats the next best car when i am on the run, is a whole grain bagel good for dieting if oatmeal takes too long.

Unfourtenetly it doesn't work that way. The casein in a casein /whey mix causes something like a gel which makes the entire blend slow digesting.
