Trying to dial in on 125mg every 5 days

I had to drop my SubQ shots 3 times a week. Every week I was getting a huge golf ball size lump at an injection site! No idea why. I was following sterile procedure and the test is genuine pharma grade. (Bayer)

I'm now going back to IM shots, but figured I'd shoot for 125mg every 5 days. I'm running 6mg of aromasin every day until I get my next e2 results. Then may drop the aromasin and see how the e2 responds.

Anyway, I want to dial my test in - so just wondering when I should get my bloods drawn. Do I go for the peak and get them drawn 24 hours after my shot, or the trough and get them drawn the day of injection (obviously before the shot)?

Any suggestions welcome.

You can do either as both are useful information to have. If you are doing it to show your doctor they generally want to see your trough.

I had the same problem, at first they were just little nodules, then it started swelling up and becoming irritated each shot.

Thanks Megatron, this is just for myself - no doctors where I live. I'll take them both to see. I don't want my peak too high as I train MMA and I've found if I let me test go too high it effects my cardio, I also get crazy pumps in my shoulders and calf.

Yeah something definitely wasn't right doing it this way. Back to old IM. I'm using a 26G 1" now and it goes in like butter.
