Anyone know how much IGF is decreased when you take Nolvadex during ur steroid cycle??? Terms of percentages.....

Is it that significant to hinder muslce gains???

Not sure of the exact percentage....but IMHO I don't beleive it makes that much of a difference to your gains, if any at all.

The effects are negligible. N-dex should be used as needed. A-dex is a better choice.
