Two Questions

OK this is a 2 part question.

#1 Never taken d-bol before but have 2 cycles under my belt would you run 30 or 35mg for your first time?

#2 Would you run l-dex with your d-bol since ive heard that it makes a huge diff in weight gain, but also since it is mostly water would you still run l-dex?
 
what are you taking it with because sometimes the whole part of dbol is the water retention that is what makes you strong. I used it at the beginning of my cycle and I used ldex this time and I did not think it was worth it. I would use Winstrol (winny) instead from now on if I was using ldex. as far as dosage you could go as low as 25 for the first time. my friend did just 20 and put on some good weight with it.

1) I woudl just go with 30, you save more dbol, plus 5mg isnt going to make much of a difference
2) You know my stance on the ldex, if you want to keep a little bloat off, I would suggest .25mg eod.
 
First time I would go with 25-30mgs., you can get some ldex just in case, but at 25-30mgs. you should not have too much of a problem with bloat.

I will be running it like this

W1-4 D-Bol 30mg
W1-10 Test 500mg EW
W1-10 EQ 400mg EW

So if I dont get bloat from d-bol I will still get it from the test so I figure bloat is gonna be a consern either way.

Well, maybe yes and maybe not. I think if it were me I'd just wait and see; you can always treat the bloat if it occurs. I don't get it from 500 of test, but I will from 800, for example. And your dose of Dbol is not huge.
 
If i ever run dbol again ( which i doubt ) i will run it at 20mg. I liked it much better at 20 than i did 30 or 40. I am naturally soft with a higher bodyfat, so i don't really like the way the higher doses make me look, not to mention the added strength is negated by the pain in my back during deads and squats.
 
I agree, bloat shouldn't be considered an evil. It is much of this extra water weight that contributes to the strength increases. When you come off it will go anyhows.
