Type I and type II fibres?

I wonder if training type II fibres only, fast twitch, will lead to a different looking body?
would you have a more defined look? harder muscles?

rather than just type I bulking and having big puffy muscles?

If you find a way to train type II fibers only let us know. All your muscle groups contain both type I and type II fibers, the variant is the number of fibers in that muscle group. For example: your calves and biceps usually have more type II fibers than say your quads or your pecs. The way to tell which fibers your body has more of is to look at the types of sports you are/would be good at. Type II bodys will be much better sprinters than Type I bodys. In contrast, Type I bodys would be better at cross country than sprinting. The main difference between type I and type II a/b is the rate at which the muscle uses ATP. I guess if you look at the build for an olympic sprinter compared to an olympic powerlifter you could notice the difference between the two body types. As for training just the specific muscle types though, I dont see it happening.
