UK system sucks for TRT so

I'm in the UK and not getting any help from the docs over here. I'm primary hypogonadal. Low T, High LH, FSH and they won't treat me so i'm going to treat myself.

I was thinking 250 mg Testosterone Enanthate every week. 125 mg every monday and thursday and 0.5 arimidex every monday and thursday.

Every 6 months I'm going to get tests done for T, E2 and SHBG. A lipid panel, Complete Count and PSA. Does this sound ok? Are there any health risks from a high dose T 250 mg/week for the rest of my life? Like 40+ years if I live that long?

We need more info about you... What's your current levels ? Dont wait 6months for your blood test, 8-10 weeks to get you dialed in.

I'm two points above there crappy reference range which is why they won't help me.

Test - 10.1 - Ref (9.9 - 27.8)

LH - 11.2 (1.7 - 8.6)

FSH - 9.6 ( 1.5 - 12)

E2 - 156 (44 - 156)

SHBG - 40 (14.5 - 48.4)

Igf-1 - 128 (109 - 324)

Dheas - 4.3 (3.2 - 14.0)

Honestly, if I didn't have Maximus taking care of me I would do exactly what you are doing. 250mg/week is exactly what I started off with combined with 250/2x week Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Adex 1g/week. Worked wonders. You probably should get your blood checked more often than that as was suggested. Also, and I can't stress this enough, donate blood if you can. It seriously makes a difference and there is the benefit of knowing that the blood banks are always low.

The thing is though, I am not allowed to donate blood because I've taken anabolic steroids in the past. They won't let me because of that. I tried donating just before Xmas and they wouldn't let me. I dunno what i'd do if my blood gets thick.

By the way do you know if I'd be able to take hcg? I wouldn't have thought because i'm primary.

This is a good question for someone much more knowledgeable than me. They never asked me if I took AAS. Just anything that wasn't prescribed by a doctor.

Don't forget the DRE (digital rectal exam) by your Dr. This is very important because T multiplies cells much faster. You don't want to have cancer while on T.

I'm not sure I'll be able to get one of those done. The doctor basically told me to F off when I asked if he'll monitor my bloods. He said I was going to suffer from severe health problems if I take doses that high.

I'm now going to shoot 300 mg TE every week.
